How I’m Finishing the Year Strong: My “Not Christmas Yet” 90 Day Challenge for Women in Property Management
As the end of the year creeps closer, I know how tempting it is to mentally check out. You start thinking about holidays, parties, winding down… and before you know it, the last quarter slips by in a blur. But what if we didn’t let that happen this year?
What if the next 90 days became the most impactful, energising, and intentional days in your business?
That’s exactly why I created the “Not Christmas Yet 90 Day Challenge.” And yes, I named it that because we’ve all been guilty of acting like it’s Christmas from October onwards (guilty as charged).
This challenge isn’t about hustle for hustle’s sake. It’s about working smarter, not harder—and using the final quarter to build momentum, boost visibility, generate leads, and deepen relationships. I’ve broken the 90 days down into three powerful monthly themes: Visibility & Social Media (October), Filling Your Pipeline (November), and Community & Connection (December).
Here’s how I’m approaching each month—and how you can too.
October: Visibility and Social Media
Let’s start here because visibility is everything. If your ideal clients don’t know you exist, how can they choose you?
In October, I’m doubling down on showing up—especially online. I’ve learned that being visible builds trust, credibility, and authority. And it doesn’t have to be complicated!
What I’m doing:
-
Posting consistently – even just once a week to start with.
-
Batching content to save time and reduce the “what do I post?” panic.
-
Getting brave with video. (Yep, I still get nervous, but I do it anyway!)
-
Showing my face more. People connect with people, not logos.
-
Repurposing like a boss. One blog post can become a reel, a carousel, and an email.
This month is about warming people up—staying top of mind before they even realise they need help with their property.
“Being seen and memorable positions you as the go-to expert in your local area. Even just one piece of content a week can make a difference.” – Yours truly
November: Filling the Pipeline
Ah, November. It’s not just the lead-up to Christmas—it’s prime time to set yourself up for a cracking January.
This month is all about lead generation. While others start coasting, I’m staying intentional with revenue-producing activities. Why? Because I want to start the new year with leads ready to go.
Here’s my game plan:
-
Running Facebook ads (even on a small budget).
-
Boosting my best-performing posts to reach more locals.
-
Digging into my CRM for old leads, lost listings, or anyone who ghosted me. You’d be surprised how many people say “I was just about to call you!”
-
Daily follow-ups—even 5–10 messages a day makes a massive difference.
-
Booking January appointments now—future me will thank me.
“This intentional follow-up fuels your future income and sets you up for success in 2026.”
This isn’t about being pushy—it’s about staying present and proactive.
December: Community and Connection
Most people write off December as a nothing month. But honestly? It’s one of my favourites.
People are more open, more reflective, and more receptive. That makes it the perfect time to connect on a human level—no selling, just serving.
Here’s how I’m leaning in:
-
Hosting simple client catch-ups—a casual coffee, a small gift, a “thanks for your support” email.
-
Sending handwritten cards to clients and referral partners.
-
Sharing gratitude publicly—because appreciation is contagious.
-
Asking for referrals—in a warm, conversational way (and making it super easy for them to say yes!).
“These actions foster loyalty, encourage referrals, and support long-term growth. They also help with client retention, which is just as important as attracting new business.”
I’m not selling here—I’m nurturing. And let me tell you, this is what creates long-term clients and consistent growth.
It’s Not Christmas Yet
If you’ve ever felt like the year just ran away from you, this is your reminder: You’ve still got time.
This challenge isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things with clarity, energy, and purpose. It’s about choosing momentum over mental checkout.
Imagine how your business would look if you really showed up for the next 90 days. What kind of opportunities could you create? What relationships could you strengthen? What visibility could you gain?
Ask yourself: How would I show up if I truly believed these next 90 days could change my business for 2026?
Because they absolutely can.
